Initial discussions are free. If you then want us to act for you, it is £250 a week per case, and you can cancel with one week's notice.

What the weekly price covers
- Pre-legal advice on your franchise agreement and options
- Evidence gathering and building your case file
- Negotiation with your franchisor
- Preparation and support for mediation or arbitration
- Representation where permitted, if required
- Help finding a franchise specialist solicitor, with your case file handed over
Small fixed fee on success
If your dispute is settled, a small fixed success fee applies. It is a set amount, not a percentage of any money you recover. What counts as success, and the amount, are agreed with you in writing before any work starts. The decision to settle is always yours.
Not included
- Fees of an independent mediator or arbitrator
- Solicitors' fees, if you instruct a solicitor
- Court or tribunal fees

Questions and answers
How many weeks will my case take?
It depends on the dispute and on how quickly your franchisor responds. We will give you our view at the start and keep you updated as the case goes on.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. You can cancel with one week's notice.
Why not go straight to a solicitor?
Sometimes you should, and we will tell you if so. For many franchise disputes, practical pre-legal work and negotiation can resolve matters first. If a solicitor is needed later, the groundwork is already done.
