Our terms of service.
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services we provide. When you instruct us, we will also confirm the terms for your case in writing.

Who we are
Franchise Disputes is a trading name of Wizardtec Ltd, a private limited company registered in England, company number 17294179. Registered office: 286 Spital Road, Wirral, England, CH62 2AW. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Wizardtec Ltd.
We are not solicitors
We are not a firm of solicitors and are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Our advice is not legal advice from a qualified lawyer. Where you need a solicitor, we will help you find one.
We do not carry out reserved legal activities under the Legal Services Act 2007. This means we do not issue or conduct court claims and, in general, do not speak for you in court. We provide representation only where the rules permit a non-solicitor to do so, such as in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and some other settings.
Who we act for
We act for franchisees only. We do not act for franchisors, and we do not act as a mediator or arbitrator in any dispute.
